Camera Control - When in-game, buttons at the top right of the screen can be used to pan the camera left and right

Rental Agreements - this feature allows players to create discounts on their properties which can be used to bargain
Local multiplayer, Online multiplayer, or Both - Multiple players can play from the same device in an online game

Ferry Building - found on the paradise island map, this property can be bought and collect rent like the train station property, however when a player lands on it they MUST take the ferry to the offshore island.
Stock exchange - also found on the paradise island map, stock exchange allows players to invest their money and return at a later date to collect interest!
Payday - also found on the paradise island map rewards players money for passing and bonus money for landing on it.
